RJ Roque Vaz presents a unique two-hour Konkani radio show - KONKANI ULOI LONDON FULOI - every Saturday from 10 am - 12 noon UK time. His wife Bihula Vaz is the co-host and the creative director. The show commenced on 02 November 2018 and is listened to by Konkani-speaking audience in over 50 countries via the AWAAZ website, Facebook Page named with the show’s title, Radio Apps and social media platforms. Konkani is the language spoken by the native people of the Konkan region of India consisting of the States of GOA, Karnataka (Mangalore), Kerala and Maharashtra and by the Konkani diaspora across the world. The show consists of popular and latest Konkani songs, poems, current news and events, articles, children’s stories, funny anecdotes and food recipes. There is LIVE interaction with the audience too.
